Hi J R (and list members), Im responding to this bit you posted: .....On page 14 S C Jones saya Nathaniel Hamrick and Enoch Hamrick were brothers of Price Hamrick. I dont have a single Enoch Hamrick in my database, so I guess Im missing something. These are the children I show for Jeremiah & Anna [?] Ham(b)rick: Nathaniel Uriah Isaac Jeremiah David Price Henry Nathan Sarah Travis Anna Frances Yelverton Selah Celia Looks like the poor people have enough children already (heehee). Can I get more info on this Enoch? It looks like a quandry here - who do we believe....the Cameron Street Hamrick Clan Reunion Committee brochure who says Price is a son of Charles OR the publication of the Broad River Genealogical Society?? By the way, is this latter publication the one that is entitled Founding in America? Im soooooo confused! Jane -------------- >>>[excerpt from J R] Jones, page 14: "Nathaniel Hamrick was buried at Old Buffalo Church, York SC. He was a brother to Price." Jones, page 14: His (Price Hamrick's) brother, Enoch Hamrick"............. If Nathan(iel) was a brother to Price, then both would appear to be sons of Jeremiah Hamrick, Senior. -------- >>>[excerpt from Pat Motes] .....In the 1960's this was published by Cameron Street Hamrick Clan Reunion Committee (No Authorship noted on Publication) George Hamrick settled in Pennsylvania and married Nancy Cook. They had several children. Three sons, Charles, Benjamin, and George settled in Tyron County, now called Cleveland County. Charles Hamrick had a son Price Hamrick, born in 1765 and died in 1822. He married Nancy Bridges.
