Harley & Jeanne, I'll reply offline about the BYERS. Thanks. I have a lot of Hamrick names, but only some dates (I'm doing the Cemetery thing now). My initial information came from (gulp.... shhh) S.C. Jones. Since then I've been fleshing that information out, adding, correcting, and collecting info from as many sources as I can find or have time to look through; I think that it's really important to document the dates. My Hamrick heritage is almost exclusively through North Carolina. I find that I have in my database the following: Blantons (239), Bridges (468), Green(e)s (480), Harrills/Harrells (270), Hamricks (1200), McSwains (435), and about another 4000 other names that have intertwined somehow with us all. Dare I say that the reason that I'm spending time on my "Hamrick" heritage is because the "Smith" side is almost hopeless. Ted Smith
