This appears to have been marked out. 14 Nov 1791 - Jacob Parker applied for letters of administration on the estate of THOMAS HAMBRICK, late of Greene Co, deceased. 16 Dec 1791 - Letters of Administration granted to Jacob Paker on the estate of THOMAS HAMBRICK deceased and a warrant of appraisment directed to Messers. Jesse Sanford, Theodosius Turk and Hugh Horton. A record of the inventory & appraisement of part of the estate of THOMAS HAMBRICK deceased, returned by the administrator 16 Jan 1792 Jan 12, 1792 - Then was part of the estate of THOMAS HAMBRICK deceased appraised as followeth..... an inventory follows, to lengthy to post here. "Georgia Intestate Records" by Austin Thomas Hambrick, dec'd, Jacob Parker applied for letters of administration, 14 Nov 1791, Greene Co GA. William Hambrick: Arthur Foster appointed guardian, 1802 Jackson Co G Burwell, minor son of Thomas Hambrick dec'd has property in hands of administrators of dec'd father as stated by his brother Joseph Hambrick. Joseph Hambrick appointed guardian of said Burwell 11 July 1805, Jackson Co GA. "Misc. Records, Jackson Co GA" by Maddox 24 Jan 1804: Court of Ordinary, Arthur Foster appointed guardian of William Hambrick. Minutes of Ordinary Court, no date, but about 1804. Joseph Hambrick came into court and states his brother Burwell, a minor, has property to the amount of $160.00 in the hands of administrators of their dec'd father Thomas. Joseph Appointed guardian. Remanents of Inferior Court Minutes, June Term 1802, Jackson Co GA. Joseph Hambrick applied for letters of guardianship on James Hambrick, orphan of Thomas. Granted. "Jackson Co GA Early Court Records" by Poss Minutes of Court of Ordinary, June Term 1801. Upon the application of Joseph Hambricks praying this court ot appoint him guardian of Jas. Hambrick one of the heirs of Thomas Hambricks dec'd. Bond posted. Minutes of Court of Ordinary 1805. Joseph Hambrick came into court and stated that his brother Burwell Hambrick is a minor and has property in the hand of the administrators of their dec'd father Thomas Hambrick. Ordered that Joseph Hambrick be appointed guardian of Burwell Hambrick. "Hancock Co GA Will and Estate Records 1794-1804" by ? Vouchers on estate of Jacob Parker dec'd brought from page 48. Names: Hubbert Reynolds, Mary Martin, Bolling Hale, Joseph Hambrick degatee; Edward Bayer guardian for John Hambrick, James Hambrick; Arthur Foster's receipt for guardian from William Hambrick, Burwell Hambrick, orphans of Thomas Hambrick dec'd to William Ryan. "Scurlocks of the Northern Neck", Virginia Genealogist: Jacob Parker was the second husband of Sarah (Scurlock) Hamrick and William Ryan her third husband. Issue by all three.
