Ike and others............... I have posted in the past that I am the descendant of Berrell Hampton Hambrick, born about 1790 who married Elizabeth. I have confirmation of this. But in trying to find out who Berrell H. Hambrick's parents were I have run into some confusion. [email protected] sent me some info on a Burwell Hambrick who was under the guardianship of his brother Joseph (ca. 1805) in Jackson Co, GA. Joseph and this Burwell's father was a Thomas Hambrick. I was wondering if anyone had connected this Thomas Hambrick with the Thomas Hamrick (abt 1757 - 1798) who was married to Sarah Scurlock and was the son of Joseph Hamrick who married Margaret. Are those two Thomas's the same person or is it just a matter of coincidence that, because Thomas Hamrick died in 1798 that any underage children would have needed a guardian. Am I even on the right track? I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Any other leads would keep me jumping. Right now I am at a dead end with this.
