Hi Cindy, Do you have a copy of the grandmothers application or know her national number? If not - you can obtain a copy from record dept. in DC with cost of $5.oo -if he application is not to old -her national number above 0450000 the documentation should be alright and your daughter need to proof her relationship to great grandmother. But if her national number is below the number above then some additional documentation may be needed to update the proof for their records. There is a short form that can be attached to long form but I never recommend it for the best way is to file longer foerm and take those extra time required because in the future when children and grandchildren wants to join then the data is already filed and proven. please write me if you know her number and how recent of a member she was - then I will have better knowledge to direct you so I hope to hear from you.
