This is my periodic plea for data on the siblings and forbears of my grandmother, Laura Augusta HAMPSON. She was born 28 June, 1865 and died 17 Feb. 1906 at the age of 40. She lived in Tarrytown, NY and married my grandfather, George Stainton TELFORD (born in St. Bees, Cumberland), on 18 Feb. 1890. They lived around 105th St. in west side Manhattan and later on West 66th St. where the "Y" currently is. She is buried in Kensico Cem., N.Y. She was reputed to have had up to 8 siblings. The only one I knew was her sister, Francine, who married Apsley Boulding and lived at 59 West 105th St. NYC. After his death, Francine moved to Great Kills, Staten Island where she lived until her death around 1935. Laura Augusta and Francine were reputed to have had an uncle who served in the Union Army during the Civil War and was captured by the Confederates and imprisoned in a well known POW camp in Richmond, VA. I'd appreciate it if any answer to this list include a copy to me at RSTELF@cs.com. Bob Telford Robert Sheldon Telford, Long Beach, CA
