John Hampson & Mary Ann Rhodes were married 2nd Qtr 1855 in Stoke Upon Trent, Staffordshire, England. They had thye following children: Emma, Martha, John, Mary Ann, Margaret, Rosa, William, Arthur, Ernest, Walter, Clara & Joseph b. Dec. 1880. The family came to the US after 1881 (the family was enumerated on the English census that year, but John was missing.) Possibly he came first. John died in Scott Township, Allegheny Co, PA between 1910-1920, Mary Ann died before 1900. I have Joseph married to Grace ca 1905 in Allegheny Co, PA. I only have one child listed for them, Clarice b. 1921. If this is your family let me know. Sue
