Thomas Hampson m Susan Wainwright Dec 26 1864 Norbury, Derby - no fathers names are listed on Marriage Cert. Their ages are listed as full. Stephen & Hannah Roe were witnesses. I have the birth certificate of one of their children - Matilda born 2 Jan 1867. At Mayfield in the Counties of Derby & Stafford. Thomas remarried - Susan died as he is listed as a widower on his next marriage certificate to Clara Yates Snelston, Derby He married Clara Yates on 25 Dec 1876 both listed ages as full. With William and Ann Hampson as Witnesses, and both fathers listed as deceased. My grandfather Thomas Henry Hampson was born to Thomas and Clara (Yates) on 22 July 1888 in Sts.
