John Hampson born October of 1826 at Hooley Hill. He married Hannah Bardsley July of 1850 and son Jonas was born at Hooley Hill in 1851. They left for United States in October of 1852. On the 1851 census there was a Susannah and Francis Barlow staying with them listed as niece and nephew. They settled in Missouri and had Josephine, Ella, Laura, Ralph Berkley, and Adrienne Emily. I believe Ralph Hampson and Margaret Tomlinson Hampson were the names of John's parents. Would like to know if there were any other brothers or sisters and if any of them came to America with him.
