Could James Norman Hampson by any chance be a sibling of Laura Augusta Hampson and her sister Francine? Laura was my grandmother and died early in life, in 1906, and was apparently born in Tarrytown, NY. I can't seem to find anything about her parents or ancestry. R> Bob Hi Bob, No, sorry he isn't. He was actually the brother of my maternal grandmother Esther and we know his parentage and siblings. The problem area is the children by his first marriage, who are the folks whom Tracey (my cousin) who did the earlier post on the board (gatewayed to this list) is trying to trace.
