Hi everybody, Firstly may I wish you and your families a very Happy New Year, and hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas. I'd also like to welcome new subscribers to the List - we have had a few over the last few weeks - and ask for everyone to post/repost their interests so that as we start the new year we all know who is looking for whom. Finally, if anyone wants to make comments or suggestions about ways to encourage new subscribers to the List, or on any other aspect of the List, please drop me a line off-list. Best wishes to you. -- Cheers, Anne ICQ# 32010967 (nickie) mailto:Anne.Nichols@ukgateway.net Rootsweb ListOwner: Docwra, Dockery, Garton, Hampson and Schofield still hunting Nichols, Martin, Fletcher, Ford, Chandler

Hi All, My name is Carole Bolard and I am the Greatgreatgranddaughter of John Thomas HAMPSON. John was born in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England about 1851. He married Susannah Loundes also of Macclesfield. They had children Clarence (my greatgrandfather), Joseph John, Florence, Percy, and Robert. The family traveled to the USA and settled in Passaic, New Jersey. Anyone else researching these HAMPSONS? ----- Original Message ----- From: "ADMIN" <Anne.Nichols@ukgateway.net> To: <HAMPSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, January 01, 2001 4:19 PM Subject: [HAMPSON] Happy New Year/Welcome/Repost Interests > Hi everybody, > > Firstly may I wish you and your families a very Happy New Year, and > hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas. > > I'd also like to welcome new subscribers to the List - we have had a > few over the last few weeks - and ask for everyone to post/repost > their interests so that as we start the new year we all know who is > looking for whom. > > Finally, if anyone wants to make comments or suggestions about ways to > encourage new subscribers to the List, or on any other aspect of the > List, please drop me a line off-list. > > Best wishes to you. > > -- > > Cheers, > Anne ICQ# 32010967 (nickie) mailto:Anne.Nichols@ukgateway.net > Rootsweb ListOwner: Docwra, Dockery, Garton, Hampson and Schofield > still hunting Nichols, Martin, Fletcher, Ford, Chandler > > > > ==== HAMPSON Mailing List ==== > List guidelines: Please no HTML or enriched text in posts to the list, plain text only > > > ============================== > Join the RootsWeb WorldConnect Project: > Linking the world, one GEDCOM at a time. > http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com
