It was a great day out, and though we lost, Southampton supporters did the city and county proud. The ground was awash with yellow and blue, we completely out sang the Arsenal supporters, everything was good natured, and we even got special mention at the end of the game for the way all the Saints supporters stayed on to see both teams get their medals and do their laps of honour, most other losing teams leave long before this. This is true Hampshire Life (or in my case Isle of Wight Life) having a great day out whatever the score, making new friends, and showing everyone worldwide what a brilliant club Southampton is and what a great set of supporters they have. Oh and by the way good luck to Bournemouth next week, it may be in Dorset nowadays but its still Hampshire as far as I'm concerned.
