    3. I believe the Harleian Society volumes list all surviving Hampshire Marriage Allegations, apart from 275 extra ones which were found later. These extra Allegations were listed by Arthur J Willis, and published in a booklet in 1962 by the Society of Genealogists. I have a copy of the booklet. The booklet is included in the microfiche version of the Hampshire Marriage Allegations, sold by Hampshire Record Office, but it is probably not included in CD versions. 3. Marriage licences for Hampshire parishes (and others) could also be issued by the Faculty Office or by the Vicar General. For details, see Jeremy Gibson's guide to Bishops' Transcripts and Marriage Licences. Many of the Faculty Office and Vicar General licences are indexed on the pay-per-view site British Origins. If you are looking for a particular entry, I may be able to help. Alan McGowan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lesley C.
