    3. In the mid 1960's places in Surrey had Hampshire addresses. e.g. Frimley, Aldershot, Hants. This had a number of advantages in that insurance, car, house and contents were cheaper with a Hants address. For some years after the change to Frimley, Camberley, Surrey, many continued to use the Hants address for the obvious reasons.
