    3. Now, *there's* a gap in the market for an enterprising designer! Custom made fitted computer covers! Mahogany and satinwood, with cross banding and inlay, for me, please. 3. We were in London a few months back and I took Caroline into Harrods as she had never been there before. And there on a counter was a computer in a wooden cabinet with brass fittings, the price was £14,750!!! When I asked a member of staff about it she told me it had been made for some arab sheikh in Kuwait and that the wood was something or other but the brass was in fact 24 carat gold encrusted with 200 diamonds and the on off switch was a ruby that alone cost £800 So I have hinted to my nearest an dearest that it is only 9 months to Christmas! The monitor was also encased in a similar cabinet!! But this was one of the "little extras" at £950 for a 15 inch and around 2,000 for a 17" But Harrods can get them made for you starting at 10,000 pounds up to a million or more!! Mind you it looked absolutely horrible, would rather have the clean lines of the plastic!!
