John Blatchford,born abt 1702/went to New Foundland,Canada at the age of 14. moved south to Salem,Massachusetts,was a Coachman,Met one Rachel Clark[e] married and settled at Cape Ann,Massachusetts.Cape Ann is sometimes called Rockport,It is now Gloucester, Essex co,Massachusetts. This family is a very old Fishing Family in America.. The clark[e] family is also very old.I have not traced there lineage.
