Web trail of local history A website has been set up for historians to find out about the people, places and events that have made their community what it is today. The government-funded National Grid for Learning website is running online local history trails to encourage people of all ages to discover the wealth of information the internet offers. The trail, at www.ngfl.gov.uk/localhistory, shows how to get started in exploring local history the secrets of their area.
