    3. Roger asked, " Does that mean that he was the only one with information regarding her.?" The 'informant' on a death certificate is the person who actually reported the death to the Registrar. He need have been nowhere near the deceased when he died, and need not be the *only person to have sufficient knowledge to report the death. His name is included because he reported it. On the other hand if a person is actually present when the person dies, and reports the death, the certificate actually says "present at death". HTH Brian
