Hi Vicky - Portsmouth RO would be the place BUT to quote from their guide "very few apprenticieship records have survived. A names index between 1654 and 1797 is available in the searchroom" "Board of Guardians - please note that few settlement records have survived" The 1851 index and full films are at both Winchester & Portsmouth.
