He stole 4 flitches of bacon from MORANTS THE BUTCHER in Brockenhurst. There was an Edward in Australia but he was sentenced in London to Life. Our EDWARD GREGORY was sentenced in Brockenhurst. and may have spent his 7 years aboard a Prison Hulk. He had to have been around after the 7 years because my great great grandmother (Elizabeth) wouldn't have been born. Thanks.
