Hello, In order to copy names from your FTM program onto an email, simply bring up the "Outline Descendant Tree" in your FTM program for those individuals (generations) you wish send and then from the Contents menu select the information you want to include. When you have the Outline Descendant Tree appearing the way you want, go to the Edit menu and select "Copy Outline Descendant Tree". Finally, go into your email and with the mouse pointer in the body of the email just click the right mouse button and select "Paste". That's all there is to it. Unfortunately this will not include any Notes you may have compiled on the various individuals but the Outline Descendant Tree will reflect most of the other data. Of course, you can also copy the Genealogical Reports, which can include Notes, in the same fashion explained above but, as you know, these reports are more lengthy. If you prefer you can also first copy either of the above to a word processing file (Word, Wordpad, WordPerfect, etc.) and then send the resulting document as an attachment to your email.
