Dear Friends, I have been asked if I would post this on behalf of a friend who has found that her North Devon family of ROGERS may have links with Hampshire. Is there still a brass of Sir John LISLE in Thruxton Church ? Does anyone know of a booklet on the church or about the LISLES ? I am looking for Sir John LISLE'S daughter Mary`s father in law , George ROGERS, who asked in his will of 1524 to be buried at Thruxton ? Has anyone ever sighted George Rogers? Please and thank you.
