I have my hard drive partitioned in two. "C" and "D" drives. I use "C" for my operating system and all the programs that I use, and "D" for all my files, even the ones that a program wants to save within itself. That way, if I have to resort to reformatting my disk, it is only "C" that actually gets formatted. All my files are safe and in place. Regards, Dennis Cwmbran, S.
