Rather the cool of winter than some other weather extremes, Edna. It is 4 degrees warmer and sunny here in TO on the edge of Ontario's Banana Belt, than in the Nation's Capital.. We have had some six or seven consecutive days of snow squalls now. I have just returned from a very pleasant 2 hour stroll - can't manage a "trot." One man who was out trotting, was wearing only a singlet on his top half !!! He smiled at us, so it can't be that bad.
