He died May 10, 1860. She gave birth to FREDERICK CHARLES WALTER, Oct. 18, 1860. She was 26 he was 62! He had worked at the Royal Hospital Chelsea as a pensions clerk. Probably retired back to Romsey. He died in Cupernham. Death cert. signed by a MARY RUSSEN, possibly a dau. of his 1st marriage or a nurse. He and Sarah lived at Mill Cottage, Romsey, where she ran a shop/bakery after his death. Is that the garden center I have visited, I can't be sure. Any comments welcome.
