I stood for local Council last year... am rather pleased that I did not get sufficient votes, as you have to tow the line... not be outspoken like I am known to be... but I accepted the challenge which the locals put before me.. they asked me to stand.. give it a go... we need some one like you.. a stirrer.. someone who can speak their own mind..
