Looking for some assistance please. Hunting a William Offer born circa 1804 in Heling (Hayling) and probably living in Winchester at the time of the 1841 and 1851 census. Seeking any info on his family he was living with at the time of these 2 census. Awaiting copies of Vol 39-41 for 1851 census from HGS, but has the 1841 been transcribed in any manner.
