23th.October 2005 Hi Patricia - many thanks. It seems printers moved around, which makes sense. The 35 St.Johns Road, St.Johns, Winchester, SPENCER Census Entry for 1901 and the 1896 Marriage Entry for Henry Joseph SPENCER and Rose Francis PAICE coincide with 'vague' family memories. There was a St.Johns connection. My Grandfather (Henry) also called his wife Rose. Enoch SPENCER may indeed be Henry's father. Again many thanks.
