Hi all Is there any KS who could do a look up for me on the 1851 now it is available? (I understand Ancestry allow this) I am seeking William and/or Diana/Dinah PEARSON Diana/Dinah was born in 1795 in Portsmouth, William is of unknown origin but the couple married in Alverstoke. The couple moved to Rotherhithe in Surrey c 1820. I have records of them until 1832 in Surrey then they disappear, knowing my luck they probably died between 1832 and 1837 when death records started but I live in hope! I am also seeking their elusive children... Thomas PEARSON b c 1820 Rotherhithe (thought to have been transported to Aus in 1836) William James PEARSON bc 1821 Rotherhithe Charlotte PEARSON bc 1823 Rotherhithe EDWARD JOHN PEARSON (my ggetc) b 1825 Rotherhithe, known to be in Rotherhithe or Bermondsey with wife and daughter (both Elizabeth) in 1851 exact location desperately sought! George PEARSON bc 1827 Rotherhithe Dinah PEARSON bc 1829 Rotherhithe I have scanned the entire 1841 for Rotherhithe (no an easy task, it is very faded) for this family with no joy as well as checking out the St Caths BMD indexes so an 1851 look up would be very much appreciated. I already have all the details of the family from the IGI. Thanks for any help Jane -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Hi Jane. Unfotuantely the link to the 1851 census is no longer working. Hopefully it will be uploaded to the Main ancestry site shortly. Regards Maureen PS. However, the 1871 census has been updated. ----- Original Message ----- From: "J T Pearson Outdoor Training" <jtpoutdoor@xtra.co.nz> To: <HAMPSHIRE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2005 10:05 PM Subject: RE: [Ham] 1851 Census lookup request > Hi all > Is there any KS who could do a look up for me on the 1851 now it is > available? Hi Jane, >Is there any KS who could do a look up for me on the 1851 now it is >available? Bother! Thanks for the response. And I was getting all excited at the possibilities of finding something. Still, as my other half is always reminding me, they're all dead and won't be getting any less so, so it's not really that urgent.
