Thanks Linda and Tony One final point, though not about Viruses...........by simply forwarding an email as received, you may not realise it but you have revealed a large number (I counted 96 in a very quick glance) of email addresses to anybody who may wish to misuse them, such as spammers. My advice is to always copy & paste the relevant bits rather than to forward the entire email. Martyn
