Don't purchase the fiche we have no look ups to do so will checkand see what we can find Elizabeth. One good turn deserves another. Linda and Tony There must be many BLAKE entries for Andover 1877 - 1935 and I have not even begun to sort out the families. It would be a gigantic task! I will buy the fiche for Andover and just need to discover where to purchase. I would cover the time period (1685 - 1714 and 1714 - 1783 both CMB) and likely order the rest. As I draw out family members from these baptismal fiche I always end up wanting to have them all myself since you end up with several more surnames to look up as you work your way back! This is a great idea though as we all likely have many different resources and can help with that strategic lookup that carries us back or sideways whichever is preferred!
Hello Listers, I did not expect to be asking again so soon, but I hope that SKS can help. Thank you to Tricia and Elizabeth for their prompt reply to my 1851 Census request. This time it is the 1841 Census for Alverstoke and Gosport looking for William BUTLER, wife Sarah Butler and children which could include Sarah, James, Emma, Jane and Ellen. (Jane Butler married in 1846 at Alverstoke, but has said she was born at Gosport, although she was baptised at Alverstoke in 1825) Thank you for your patience Carole (in Oz) Hello Listers,
