    3. My deepest and sincerest thanks to Pat from Derby who has found the following info in the 1841 census of Fareham: Adress: Windmill Lane, fareham Elizabeth Parsons, age 33, YES (born in county) William Parsons, age 15, Labourer, NO Jane Parsons, age 6, YES George Williams, age 24, Labourer, NO I'm almost positive that either the enumerator wrote George's age wrong as 53 not 33 in the 1851 census, or someone was telling porkies??!!! There is a George Williams in gosport in 1861 (b1817) who was married to Ann from Wiltshire. Oddly, there appears to be a suitable gap in their children around 1843 to 1848 for Rhoda, James and Henry all to have been born to Elizabeth parsons. A coincidence? More info needed on George's family, but he appears to be living in the forton area, so could well be a seaman, as recorded on Henry's marriage cert in 1871. I wonder where the name Allberry and all it's variants that were used came from? His mother's maiden name maybe? Well, this 1841 census has now given me some more to work on, that's for sure! regards to all, Jon -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
