Hello all This is what we as customers of aol are suggested to do. Call AOL customer service once per hour, ask for a supervisor and threaten to leave if AOL does not get this straightened out. Send an email every hour to domains@aol.com. That is the administrative contact for AOL. Hope this helps, Linda & Tony
