I cannot find CALEB CAPLIN on Ancestry in the 1891 census. He was b. 1843 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, and his wife was ELIZABETH. I find them again in 1901. However Kellys Directory of Southampton lists him in 1890 and 1895 as living at 2 Northam Road. If anyone has access to a Census address search, could they look this up for me and solve the mystery. Vicki have looked on the 1891 census and cannot locate him. However, on the 1901 he is head of household living in 114 Graham Road Southampton St Mary's a Grocer and a widower aged 57 born Fisherton Wilts, with son Caleb aged 30 single metal polisher born Soton Hants,Thomas son aged 35 married Printer's compositor born Soton Hants, Lilly dr in law aged 29 born Soton, Florence Gr dr aged 10 born Soton, Thomas Gr son aged 8 born Soton. There is a death on free BMD Sept 1/4 1912 Southampton 2C 40 aged 68 could this be him ?
