Hi, If you go to the local post office, they should be able to supply an international stamp. You put that in with your letter and SAE for their reply. Some have only postal addresses and would appreciate that it is important to send an SAE but since I don't have access to UK stamps what is the accepted norm for requesting someone write to me with information? Don't want to offend anyone but can't imagine how I could get around this. Guess just hope, if the person does have information or similar interest, they are keen enough to pay the postage to Australia for a letter? Thanks so much for your advice Meegan Darwin, Australia For FREE online parish register transcriptions visit the Hampshire OPC at www.knightroots.co.uk ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
