Hello, I have also gone to a stamp and coin dealer in my area. They have new (mint) stamps from all over the world. They are not the current issue, but still allowed. You may have to pay more than face value as you are buy from a dealer and not a post office. You just have to figure out what amount you will need for the correct postage. Some have only postal addresses and would appreciate that it is important to send an SAE but since I don't have access to UK stamps what is the accepted norm for requesting someone write to me with information? Don't want to offend anyone but can't imagine how I could get around this.
