Hi Brian I thought it might give a clue in the Kelly's Directory. The 1911 shows: Maitland Capt. Reginald Paynter (late R.A.), Bartley manor Baines Miss, Forest house There's no sign of a Swinburn (or similar) family in 1911. Also, Bartley Manor and Forest House aren't really neighbours. If you put 'forest house, beechwood road, bartley' into Google Maps then 'bartley manor, bartley' you'll see that they are across the fields from one another.
