I have just found a family connection in Hampshire. Charles HARDY born about 1809 in Isle of Wight. He married Jane Moss (I believe in Overton), and had a number of children in Overton before moving to Somerset. The children are born in Hampshire are: George, William, Leonard and Jane, and they were born between 1835 adn 1841. I'm descended from Charles, born 1844 in Taunton, Somerset. No connections Lynn, but I can confirm that Charles Hardy married Jane Moss on 1 Dec 1834 at Overton. Only difference is that Charles has been transcribed as HARDEN and not HARDY.
