I have just received a death cert for Richard RUSSEN dated 1848 and residence Poorhouse Romsey Extra. I wonder if any knows if records exist of the Poorhouse?I feel this has to be one of 'my' Richard Russens but unfortuneately there are no other facts I can use to confirm with on the certificate.Poorhouse records would I hope give details of marriage status and maybe an address.Jan Bispham
