If you search for Church Lane and Sway on the Royal Mail Postcode search at http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal/rm/postcodefinder;jsessionid=NSTHIHHPHF FFOFB2IGIUQEQ?catId=400145&gear=postcode you'll see it there on the list of properties. If you look at this website http://www.houseprices.co.uk/church-lane-sway-lymington-so41/ you'll see that it was sold for £168,000 in 2003.
