Hi all I am looking for some more information of Sarah TOBIN, nee? after she moved to Portsmouth. She was born at Barnard Castle, County Durham, in c1862 and married Irish born Staff Sgt Matthias TOBIN, aged 30, in 1880. 1881. Aged 19 at Clarence Rd, Alverstoke, with Matthias and son Frederick. 1891. Aged 29 at St Boltoph, Colchester, again with Matthias, now a Quartermaster Sgt and 4 children 1901 aged 39 at 10 Highbury St Portsmouth, no Matthias and "living own means" and 3 children at home I can't decide whether her status, in 1901, is "U" can't be.
