Hi Tony, According to FreeBMD indexes, Matthias Tobin and Sarah Maguire married at Portsea Island Jul-Sept 1878 vol 2b page 765. If you purchase this marriage certificate, it "should" confirm Sarah's father's name / occupation. Also, Sarah's surname from the marriage index "should" help you to trace her further back in the censuses, or the 1871 at least! Kind regards, Jon
