Unfortunately there are just under 500 parishes and chapelries in Hampshire - marriages frequently took place in the brides parish and so the marriage location may be a red herring when trying to locate a baptism some 21 years previous. The next baptism cd from the HGS will cover this period but it is not yet ready for release. Your best bet is to check the various Winchester parishes at your local LDS FH Center - it’s a long trawl and could take you many hours - good luck with your quest.
