Hi list, I have just found my ancestors wedding certificate from 1854. It is between George COLLINS and May Ann HORDER. They married in Romsey April 20th. I know that George ran a pub called the Bells in Hordle, which is now a private residence. I know a bit about the COLLINS offspring ( but not much), but I was wondering if anyone has any information on Mary Anns' father William HORDER, it states on the wedding certificate "Policeman". Also any information on Geroges' father Joseph, who was a "servant". One of the witnesses was a Joseph HORDER. Heres hoping. Kind regards Jeff in Poole.
