Hello all This is what we as customers of aol are suggested to do. Call AOL customer service once per hour, ask for a supervisor and threaten to leave if AOL does not get this straightened out. Send an email every hour to domains@aol.com. That is the administrative contact for AOL. Hope this helps, Linda & Tony

Hello Deb, I have not seen an answer to your email on list so asked Bryce my husband to look at the Mottisfont Parish registers today, when he was at the County Record Office. He could not find any Crouchers at all, but as it is a VERY small Parish, decided to look for a name that sounded similar. He found Elizabeth dau. of Edmund & Elizabeth CROWDER baptised 27/3/1716.He also found Edmund son of Edmund & Elizabeth CROWDER bapt. 13/3/1718. He then had a look at Timsbury Marriages and found Elizabeth CROUDER marr. James Matthew (both of Mottisfont) 26/5/1737. I had looked at IGI at the Submitted entry, so had another look for Crowder on IGI and found her Baptism under Crowder as an Extracted Record. Finally if you do a Mother and Father Search on IGI, you get 6 children altogether....under the name of CROWDER. It will be interesting to hear if this different spelling fits in with other details you have. Best wishes Jean & Bryce

The HGS are pleased to announce the long awaited release of the Baptism Index cd. This covers all Hampshire parishes (excluding the IOW) for the years 1813 to 1841 comprising nearly 250,000 entries from Church of England Registers, all painstakingly transcribed by volunteer HGS members. It is very reasonably priced and full details can be found on the website at www.hgs-online.org.uk <http://www.hgs-online.org.uk/> from where the order form for postal applications can be downloaded. Online applications can be made via Genfair and the link for this can be found on the publications page on the website. Tony Knight HGS Publicity Officer

It sounds like your address has been hi-jacked! You will probably have to set up a new account with your ISP. HTH. I know I will have to visit the Hampshire RO in the near future - but in the meantime I wonder if anyone has come across any of the following baptisms which are part of my One-Name study? Charles BREADMAN possibly in Highclere about 1799 William BREADMAN Burghclere about 1818 Michael BREADMAN or BREADMORE about 1790 - I know not where, but he lived in Ashmansworth! Daniel BREADMAN in East Woodhay about 1815 Any sightings of any baptisms of any BREADMAN in the Burghclere / Highclere / Woodhay / Ashmansworth area would be a bonus - I have spent hours trying to figure out who belongs where! -- Margaret Young margaret@breadmore.org Breadmore One-Name Study (GOONS 2503) http://www.breadmore.org/

Ancestry.co.uk have been running full page adverts in magazines offering a free 30 day trial. They have probably been overwhelmed and that is why you are having problems. Des D. I have had problems receiving mail from Hampshire and Northumberland. I am now receiving some Hampshire mail but no Northumbria mail. I have also received system messages from AOL Instant Message stating that I have signed in from another location. I do not use Instant Message, but yesterday I received an instant message from the Megantore website (which evidently downloads AOL) but I was given a message from AOL allowing me to bar messages from this site. Since then I have not received the Instant Messages About 2 -3 weeks ago I was dropped from AOL and found that someone had sent an obscene message using my e.mail address so I wonder if the two problems are connected Joan Carter
