I thought I would add my two cents worth. For me Ancestry has been extremely helpful. I have had to wait months for census film to arrive from library requests and then my library has only one reader and then they limit how long each person can use it. I can read Ancestry census film anytime of day or night and for minutes or hours at my choosing. This is what is good about a membership. Yes, it is a lot of money but convenience and getting to view from home without having to travel makes it worthwhile. I live in a somewhat rural area and to get to other resources takes time, effort and expense for travel. I love having access to Ancestry. I have had many nice surprises finding information about my people. Kathleen
