R. from 1906 to 1935. He was Agent for the S. P. at Delano from 1912 to 1935. He was manager of the Postal Telegraph, Delano, 1935-36 and has been engaged in the real estate business in Delano since 1936. He built the first apartment house in Delano, Hamilton Apartments, in 1922, and he was the developer of Delano's first restricted subdivision, Park Subdivision No. 1, since 1938. He developed Thomas Subdivision, 1939, Delano's second restricted subdivision. Member: Delano Lodge No. 309 F. & A.
