In the book McPherson, Kincheloe and related families on Page 121 "More precision and details than found in many family traditions is contained in a treasured reply written Dec. 18, 1912 to complier by Mrs. William (Margaret McPherson) Foust,...it contained her personal childhoo recollections of her then aged grandparents, Daniel and Susannh (Kincheloe) McPherson, the ancestors of all known Kincheloe-McPherson dscendents, she ahving heard from the lips of each grandparent...that they married Dec 31, 1772, he being born Oct. 22, 1755, she Spet 22, 1755 and that Susannah's father came to Upper E. Tenn. (washington Co.) where he lived the remainder of his life."
