The Monitor does not guarantee the accuracy of original content that now resides off its web site. William E. Hamilton Jr., NEW LONDON Thursday, December 5, 2002 NEW LONDON-William E. Hamilton Jr., 46, of Little Sunapee Road died Nov. 28 at home after a short illness. He was born in Boston, the son of William and Anna (Meade) Hamilton. He earned a degree in culinary arts from Northeast Vo-Tech High School in 1974. He was formerly of Raymond and Stoneham, Mass., before moving to New London two years ago. Hamilton worked as chef for Fitz & Voight Food Services Co. for many years. Survivors include two daughters, Shawn Dembro of Epping and Katy Hamilton of Auburn; and a sister, Henrietta of Oregon. Calling hours will not be held. Memorial services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Chadwick Funeral Services, 174 Main St., New London. The Rev. Renee Kaufman will officiate. Burial will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, Mass. 01701-4688; or the charity of one's choice.
