For the generation that you are referring to, I have only the children of James Dathout Hamilton and his brother Benjamin's descendants. Benjamin had a Thomas born 1869, and Jmaes had a Thomas Rye, ny greatgrandfather b. 1880, but neither married to a Della Hoge. Sorry. If I can help you with anything else, I'll be glad to try.
